Love and Capes RETURNS

I’ve been teasing it for a while, but now I can finally reveal the when and how of the return of Love and Capes!

The new series is Love and Capes: The Family Way. It’ll be another six-issue series, jumping ahead five years and carrying on the story of Mark and Abby, Darkblade and Amazonia, and more!

This one is going to be a little different in distribution, though. For various reasons that don’t need exploring at this juncture, IDW won’t be publishing the individual issues. BUT I WILL BE. I’m not going through Diamond for these, either. I am selling direct at conventions and online.

So, the first issue will be out at New York Comic-Con, the second at Baltimore Comic-Con, and more to be announced. And then, in February, IDW will release the full trade collection. You can order the trade from Diamond RIGHT NOW using order code OCT190847.

“Thom, I won’t be at New York Comic-Con! How can I get one?!”

Easy. The Monday after the convention I release at, I’ll add the book to my online store. The digital edition will be online, as will a print version. Unfortunately, the print versions will have to charge shipping, but as I go, there will also be package deals. So, after Baltimore, #1 and #2 will be able to ship together, saving on shipping costs.
