The Cleveland Indians have a large purple Muppet-like mascot named Slider, whom they feature in their program book, Game Face Magazine with "It's Slider Time," a comic and puzzle page section.

In 2005, the client decided to take the page into a more fun-and-games, puzzle page director. We complied, keeping Slider as cartoon character and narrator. We also added a drawing segment, teaching cartooning skills to the readers.
