It began in 1954.

That was when Colin Mayweather was put to death for treason against the United States. His last words were “This will not stop us. We will succeed. We will dominate you.”

The arrest, conviction and punishment of Mayweather revealed for the first time the global conspiracy then called Dominator. This secret cabal was intent upon world domination, through any and every means possible.

The fledgling United Nations formed a unique international enforcement agency with the sole mandate of finding and weeding out Dominator. This became the Benefactor Agency.

The war behind the seats of power has raged for over fifty years and is at a stalemate. Benefactor agent Jesse Colt meets a mysterious man known only as Raider who seems very familiar with the Dominator conspiracy, but wants to help the Benefactor Agency and its goals. Together, the will have to face a plot to influence the American presidential election.

Six months after the events of the first book, the mysterious deaths of four residents of a retirement home lead Raider and the Benefactor Agency on a cross-country adventure to try to find and stop the creation of the most deadly designer virus the world has ever known. To do so, though, Raider will have to face the man who made him, the only woman he ever loved, and the demons that lie within him.

Raider travels to Australia to deliver a dying man's message to his daughter. Simple enough, except for two things: Raider is the man's killer and the daughter is Agent Vega!
